Camel Case or not?

So, before we make use of this wiki, we have to make a decision as to whether or not to use "camel case" for our wiki page titles.

For those of you who aren't familiar with camel case: HereIsAnExample. Camel case simply drops the space between words and capitalizes the first letter of each word to help you tell words apart. Camel case gets its name from the "humps" from the capitalized letters that appear in the string of words.

The other option is to leave the space in there. This is my preference because I feel most normal people (non-geeks) will get confused by camel case.

Anyone else?
