How long should the conference be?
What are people thinking out there? A one day conference? Two? Three?
The more days, the more expensive and the more work. Should we keep our goals modest and begin with a one day conference?

short but sweet
As someone who can't make the trip, I'd lobby for making the conference short but doing it well, including making it as net-accessible as possible -- streaming video, blogs, chats whatever people think will work best. I'd like to use this as an experiment in using the kinds of tech we would like to see union using. It would also help me encourage other organizations (including my own) to try new techniques.
Know anyone with the technical know-how?
Are you talking live video streaming? Know anyone who has done that kind of thing before?
