This is Bad

This is another instance of the unending stream of bad legislation coming out of the house. Most of these reps would be comfortable in the 19th century with its poor houses and practice of hanging people for stealing bread.

Hopefully, this is just another example of political masturbation which the current pols are so good at and the bill is not really intended to get through the Senate. Most Americans appear to be easily stampeded one way or another by nameless fears when they don't understand something, particularly digital technologies.
