Software for labor unions

What software are people using for things such as grievance tracking? We have a custom written app in PHP with MySQL.
Does anyone have any experience with the open source freeware program Advokit for campaigns/walklists for door knock polling/campaigns? We are currently using an expensive proprietary program called Laborkey that we have had many issues with and would like to find alternatives.

Union Software
It sounds like you have done your homework in exploring web-based union software (i.e. grievance systems); the truth is, there are very few and they are expensive. My organization just released a new one last summer, specifically for local unions, and it is actually very inexpensive, compared to other systems. It is called the Internet Grievance system (IGS) www.griev.com. We have locals from Teamsters, APWU, NPMHU, and AFSCME.
This is a great topic of discussion, as technology is beginning to drive most everything these days.
