Background and interests: I have been an organizer and labor leader for nearly thirty years. In 2002-2004 I was coordinator of a campaign to organize over 10,000 school support staff here in Clark County. The election order is tied up at the state supreme court, but I am in complete agreement that we must dance well with the edge of new technological tools -- tying them to a sense of worth and ownership for each worker involved in a fight for justice. This site makes me so happy; for fighting this fight over the past twenty years in campaigns across the country often feels futile and senseless. Let me know where I can be of help.
